However, on TikTok there is a clickable link problem. But don't worry, we also have solutions. The first solution is to join TikTok Shopping. If you join TikTok Shopping or TikTok Commerce in other words, you can add clickable links directly on your TikTok videos, which is a great way to promote products, but unfortunately there is a limitation. TikTok Shopping is currently only available in a couple of countries, which are being mentioned here. If you are living in one of these countries, then you can join TikTok Shopping. Otherwise, we need to hope that TikTok will also roll out this feature soon for more countries.
So if you can't join TikTok Shopping, the alternative way is to add clickable links into your profile's biotextion. But TikTok also has a requirement for that. Your TikTok account needs to have at least 1000 subscribers, so you can add clickable links into your profile's bio.So you better start posting content on TikTok to get 1000 subscribers as soon as possible.
But if you already have more than 1000 subscribers and you still can't add a clickable link in your bio, then probably you might need to switch to TikTok Business Account. From the hamburger menu on the top right side of your profile, go to Settings and Privacy, select Account, and here you should see the option to switch to a Business Account.
I already have a Business Account, so here I see the option to switch back to a Person Account. So after you switch to a Business Account, and if you have more than 1000 subscribers, then you should be able to add a clickable link here.
And what if you need to add, let's say, multiple clickable links when you want to promote, let's say, multiple products? There are some services for that, such as link 3, Koji, Beacons, and many others, which does simply extend one single link into multiple clickable links inside in a landing page.
So when somebody clicks on your link in your bio section, they will be sent to this landing page with multiple clickable links. If you need a service like that, it's up to you which one you want to use, just make sure to do your own research to find out which one fits the best for you.
